David is a Canadian Armed Forces military musician and lifelong advocate for humanist values. After several years as a self-employed professional musician, he has served over eight years full-time in the military, actively volunteering with the Defence Indigenous Advisory Group and participating in focus groups advancing equity and inclusion.

David leads humanist gatherings in Winnipeg and Edmonton, working to expand the Edmonton chapter’s activities. A strong advocate for the separation of religion from public policy, he champions secular values within the military.

David is committed to promoting critical thinking, secular education, and inclusive community support as part of Humanist Canada’s mission.
