Your Voice and Your Choice Matter
Choice Chat is where real conversations meet reproductive truth. Each month, we bring together experts, advocates, and those with lived experience to talk openly about abortion, sexual health, and the right to choose – without shame, stigma, or silence. Rooted in the Canadian context, this podcast is a space for clarity, compassion, and courage. We’re challenging harmful narratives, sharing powerful stories, and standing up for reproductive rights—because informed choice is a human right.
Have a story to tell or someone we need to hear from?
Whether you’ve lived it, witnessed it, or want to talk about it, we want to hear from you. If you have an idea for an episode, know someone doing vital work, or are ready to share your own story, get in touch.
Your voice matters—because when we speak up, we remind others they’re not alone, and your story might be the one that gives someone else the courage to share theirs.

Season One: On Now
In season one, we’re chatting about all things abortion. From expert insights to personal stories, we’re helping to break the silence on this deeply personal–and often politicized–matter.

Sharing the Truth. Breaking the Silence.
Choice Chat is a podcast from the Morgentaler Committee of Humanist Canada that explores the personal and political aspects of abortion, human reproduction, and sexual health—and the rights and justice associated with their realities—in Canada.
Choice Chat exists to:
- Elevate voices that often go unheard.
- Reduce stigma and increase empathy.
- Promote a culture of respect for bodily autonomy and informed choice.
- Help listeners feel supported, educated, and inspired.
By speaking truthfully, listening with care, and honouring each story, we are shifting the conversation. Because abortion is healthcare, sexual health matters, and silence serves no one.
